REFUNDS AND RETURNS

UK RETURNS
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must not be stained.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Our International returns include some EU, US and African countries. For international returns, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase from Krees Mango. The item must not be stained.
UK AND INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
COVID-19 SHIPPING
Due to Covid-19, there may be some delays in sending orders outside the UK. We will do our possible best for you to receive your orders on time. If you have any questions about your orders, please email [email protected]. Our team will be able to answer all your questions.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards expires in 5 years but if there’s inactivity within 12 months, fees for inactivity, dormancy would be charged monthly from the value of the gift card.
CHANGES
If you need to change your order please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.
UK AND INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
